Loch and Tuesday's story was a doozy！ Their first meeting was… well， not so great。 She was rude， mean， and entitled。 But Tuesday's life literally changed in a flash when she was mugged just minutes after exchanging barbs with Loch in a coffee shop。 She fell， hit her head， and woke up not remembering anything about who she was。Despite the awful first impression， Loch played white knight for Tuesday， caring for her and helping her figure out her life when she had nothing and no one else。 Loch came Loch and Tuesday's story was a doozy！ Their first meeting was… well， not so great。 She was rude， mean， and entitled。 But Tuesday's life literally changed in a flash when she was mugged just minutes after exchanging barbs with Loch in a coffee shop。 She fell， hit her head， and woke up not remembering anything about who she was。Despite the awful first impression， Loch played white knight for Tuesday， caring for her and helping her figure out her life when she had nothing and no one else。 Loch came to rescue his damsel in distress， but in many ways， Tuesday saved him as well with her sudden immersion in his life。 A workaholic attorney， he learned to laugh and relax with her around， enjoy the simple pleasures， and think about what his personal life looked like in the future for once。But when they discover who Tuesday really is， will it make their glass bubble burst？I really enjoyed this story。 Most of it is Loch and Tuesday getting to know each other and falling in love。 The revelation about her past doesn't come into play until the last 25% or so -- and I confess that my suspicions were dead wrong！ I also enjoyed the friendship Tuesday and Lark （Swear On My Life） built， and loved catching up with Lark and Harbor。 I look forward to seeing what comes next for the other Wescott siblings！I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review。 。。。more

4。5 stars on this one。 I adored and enjoyed this book！ This is the first SL Scott book I have ever read （though not the first I have wanted to pick up and read） and now I know it will not be my last。 Though I have another one higher up on my TBR， I am moving Swear on My Life up to be my next read by this author。 The story was interesting， with a bit of intrigue about her unknown history， some good angst， great steamy scenes eventually leading to spicy scenes。 I truly adored Loch， at first when y 4。5 stars on this one。 I adored and enjoyed this book！ This is the first SL Scott book I have ever read （though not the first I have wanted to pick up and read） and now I know it will not be my last。 Though I have another one higher up on my TBR， I am moving Swear on My Life up to be my next read by this author。 The story was interesting， with a bit of intrigue about her unknown history， some good angst， great steamy scenes eventually leading to spicy scenes。 I truly adored Loch， at first when you meet him you get one idea of the kind of man he is （same as with Tuesday） but he ends up being such an incredible character。 I could go on and on about parts of this book， there really was an abundance of things to love about it， but I am going to keep this review simple- This is a book I definitely recommend reading if you are looking for anything with one of it's tropes。 I can see myself re-reading it sometime and SL Scott becoming one of the authors I keep apprised of what they have coming out。 For now， I will just make sure I read the ones I've been interested in since I enjoyed this one so much。 。。。more

Our Hero， Lochlan Wescott， works a lot of hours to prove himself worthy of working at the law firm that bears his father's name。 As the first born son， Loch doesn't want to disappoint his father so he finds himself working days， nights and weekends。 Needing a caffeine fix to get him through the work day， he stops for coffee and that's when he meets his heroine， Tuesday （at least that's the name she used for her coffee order）。 She appears to be a high-maintenance woman since she held up the line Our Hero， Lochlan Wescott， works a lot of hours to prove himself worthy of working at the law firm that bears his father's name。 As the first born son， Loch doesn't want to disappoint his father so he finds himself working days， nights and weekends。 Needing a caffeine fix to get him through the work day， he stops for coffee and that's when he meets his heroine， Tuesday （at least that's the name she used for her coffee order）。 She appears to be a high-maintenance woman since she held up the line with her complicated order and then her struggle to find cash in her purse。 They strike up a brief and animated one-upmanship conversation while they wait for their respective drinks。 As he sips his drink outside while checking his messages， Loch finds himself rushing to help after she's mugged。 Curiosity and interest in her well-being returns him to the hospital the next day to discover she has no memory of who she is or where to go。 Rather than leave her at a shelter to recover， he feels compelled to help her。 I loved how patient he was with her as she tried to grasp at anything that might lead to her true identity。 They developed a kind friendship with his offering to help her as she healed from her concussion， which also provided some sense of safety as she tried to figure things out。 Trying to recall even small details of her former life had Lock reassessing how his own life was passing with nothing but work consuming his days and nights。 As Tuesday sought to find clues to her life， Loch was rediscovering his and their journey together is what made this story special。 But， each of them also realized separately， that uncovering her former life might come between the happiness they were developing in the present。I loved how the author brought their story together in the end， and I look forward to reading about Noah's story next！ 。。。more
